**MISSION**:
To firmly establish PIAGET as the leader of Jewellery & Watchmaking in the luxury industry in Switzerland.

The main mission is to build a strong and powerful event strategy linked to the global activations plans in order to ensure brand & image coherence.

**OBJECTIVES**:
To be the brand guardian and ambassador by promoting excellence throughout the local event strategy.

To raise brand image and awareness among potential clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Elaborate and execute the yearly Event activation plan in line with brand strategy & Retail and Wholesale needs for Switzerland
- Animate & develop new strategic partnerships in collaboration with the boutiques teams
- Manage Event Budget for Switzerland

**DUTIES**:
EVENT
- Build Event strategy for CH
- Execute and coordinate the local event Calendar (Press, Retail, Wholesale)
- Manage the close-out meeting & reporting
- Monitor results
- Develop the client experience by developing creative new tools and workshops based on our know-how

PARTNERSHIPS:

- Work in close collaboration with boutique directors to identify and recruit new strategic partners
- Build an annual activations plan for partners and manage the KPIS
- Follow up and development of partners relationship

A&P BUDGET - CH
- Manage PO / Vendor creation / Invoices for PR and Event
- Follow-up A&P Budget (PR and Event)

**PROFILE**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within watch or jewellery industry
- Excellent project management/organizational skills
- A team player with a strong understanding of how events metrics and the impact on the lead funnel
- Good communication abilities in presenting project to various stakeholders
- You speak French and English fluently. German is a plus
