- TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).
- T&S is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time. ). **You will be joining our Methods & Systems Team in Geneva for around 6 months before joining our US based team in Houston.**

Activities
- Systems:
- Administrator of T&S/TGP Trading accounting systems (SAGE/SEI) in collaboration with the rest of the team.
- Ensures smooth operation of T&S/TGP accounting systems and business continuity
- Handles bugs, enhancement requests, accounting system adaptations (with non-regression tests) for the various systems (SAGE/SEI/UNITY...)
- Participate in IT developments for T&S/TGP Trading accounting
- Elaboration of complex reports (based on accounting data) SEI/EXCEL/POWER BI, for various finance departments (T&S/TGP).

Methods:
- Assists and advises T&S accounting teams on complex cases
- Participates in various T&S/TGP Methods & Systems projects in collaboration with his manager
- Participates in the development and maintenance of SAGE/SEI procedures and T&S accounting methods.

Goals- Guarantee the reliability, security and continuity of T&S/TGP accounting systems.
- Ensure the adaptation of methods and tools to a constantly evolving business.
- Contribute to the reliability of accounts and compliance with deadlines.

Dimensions:
- Financial (TOTSA) = Sales: 89 billion EUR
- Statistics/human resources = 160,000 invoices per year / 4-person team
- Accounting systems (SAGE/SEI): 12 T&S entities and 15 for TGP Trading, around 120 users
- Internationally, all T&S/TGP Trading sites (Houston/Paris/Geneva/Singapore...)

**Context and environment**
- The trading business is fast-moving, dynamic and complex, requiring a clear understanding of the business and the ability to react quickly.
- Accounting systems are essential to the reliability of accounts and deadlines, and are constantly evolving to adapt to the needs of the various T&S and TGP Trading departments/entities.
- Confidentiality and security of accounting data are essential.
- Multi-cultural and multi-activity environment
- Higher education and very good trading experience (minimum 5 years' experience).
- Very good IT and finance skills/experience (accounting, programming, project management...)
- Strong customer and results orientation - Proactivity, responsiveness, adaptability and cross-functionality- Bilingual French-English
