The Global FP&A Leader is a business advocate, providing proactive, trusted advice and influencing decisions with a forward-looking perspective while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all management reports.

**Who are we looking for?**

Member of the strategic planning process leads the financial evaluation of strategic plan as well as financial assessment of prospective business opportunities/initiatives.

**What will you do?**
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes for the dss+ Group. Establishing appropriate inputs/outputs, timetables, and necessary levels of analysis to clearly ‘tell the story’, to enable informed decisions to be made by the global leadership. Coordinate with regional finance teams and market/industry/practice/function leaders to achieve desired outcomes.
- You will provide FP&A support to the CEO and Senior Management team to help drive a deeper understanding of the sales pipeline, revenues, contract signatures, costs and profitability, chargeability, and cash.
- Lead the preparation of internal (for Senior management) and external (for the Board, banks, and investors) global monthly reporting packages, including analysis of key commercial and financial performance indicators. Generally, you will analyse financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights.
- You will act as investor relation support to address data requests from the dss+ shareholders (Private Equity funds).
- Acting as a finance business partner to other team members within corporate control (e.g., accruals, Capex) and project control (e.g., standard costing). Providing Data & Analytics whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial planning is required.
- Planning, executing and/or leading selected l special global projects and activities that require cross-functional engagement (e.g. centralised pricing tool development, controlling projects) to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements.
- You will collaborate closely with the IT team to enhance the reporting and data analytics tool used at dss+ (PBI dashboards).
- On an ad-hoc basis, you may participate in M&A projects, contributing to due diligence and analysis and supporting the integration of acquired companies.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis at Group level, including 3 years in a similar leading role
- Experience in a global management consulting or professional services firm is preferred
- Accredited University Finance degree
- Excellent command of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable) and advanced Power Point and Excel skills, including macros
- Strong organisational skills, structured, results-driven. Able to cope with changing environments and priorities.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, able to translate theoretical knowledge into business reality
- Team player focused on results and collaboration
- Proven experience in business partnering, commercial acumen and understanding business strategy
- Excellent financial communication skills tailored for senior leaders and the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships across global teams
- Strong rigor and attention to detail is an absolute requirement
