**Clinical Science Lead M/F/d**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead clinical science perspective in global Oncology development programs, ensuring study quality and integrity while optimizing decision-making.
- Provide clinical-scientific leadership for complex and strategic clinical studies, shaping challenging protocol designs.
- Liaise with study teams, ensuring clinically and scientifically sound study strategies and providing clinical expertise for preclinical projects.

**Main Tasks**:
Portfolio Responsibilities:

- Act as the clinical-scientific leader for assigned global program(s), overseeing oncology clinical trials from concept to completion.
- Plan and execute data-driven decision-making processes, focusing on patient-centricity and efficiency.
- Lead protocol development, regulatory interactions, and study data review.
- Provide expertise for clinical sections of reports and regulatory documents.
- Represent Clinical Science in project, clinical and study teams, ensuring GCP compliance.

Responsibilities beyond the portfolio:

- Foster collaboration between clinicians and scientists to drive innovation within Early Clinical Development Oncology organization.
- Promote ownership and accountability within the team and lead strategic initiatives.
- Lead matrix teams, adhering to VACC leadership standards and fostering a culture of high performance.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Degree in health/life science-related field with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech business; oncology experience is a plus
- Strong drug development expertise, including regulatory knowledge.
- Adaptable, proactive, and outcome focused.
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and inclusive.
- Fluent in English, additional European language skills preferred.
