We are looking for a seasoned, hard-working, smart, and overachieving Pre-Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling SaaS technology solutions to senior executives.

This is a remote position that can be based in the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands or Switzerland. Applicants must have and provide Degreed (prior to commencing work) with his/her/their authorisation to work in one of those countries.

**Day In The Life**:

- Consult and advise potential clients on business and technical strategy for implementing Degreed
- Detailed knowledge of product features, integrations, configuration options and functionalities of Degreed architecture to drive client requirement decisions
- Support the Sales team with business and technical knowledge and advice, handling technical questions and objections in client meetings
- Support sales team with the development of use cases, statement of work and RFPs
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Client Experience Management teams to ensure smooth product delivery and commit long-term customer success
- Other duties as assigned

**Who You Are**:

- 8+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect in SaaS/PaaS environments
- Professional fluency in English, German and French including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Thorough understanding of Human Capital Management enterprise software and background in L&D or Talent Management is a huge plus
- French business language capabilities is a must, another EU languages are a competitive advantage
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise and mid-market solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives & internal cross-functional teams
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software technologies
- Industry standard practices for implementing file feeds, API, SSO authentications and integrations
- Technical implementation experience working with start-up, mid-market, and enterprise clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills to creatively convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner,
- Willingness to travel
