Ihr Aufgabengebiet

In Ihrer Rolle als Produktarchitekt sind Sie für die erfolgreiche Gestaltung, Implementierung und Pflege unseres Client Communication Centers verantwortlich. Diese prozessorientierte Plattform führt die gesamte Kundenkommunikation zusammen, bietet dem Kundenbetreuer Zugriff auf die gesammelten Informationen und gewährleistet eine revisionssichere Aufbewahrung.

**Zu Ihren spezifischen Aufgaben gehören**:
Design, Implementierung und Wartung einer Client Communication Engine, die die gesamte Kundenkommunikation sammelt und die gesammelten Daten für KI-Analysen und Audits zur Verfügung stellt

Technische Leitung bei der Implementierung neuer Funktionen

Sicherstellen, dass das Lösungsdesign den Architekturrichtlinien und technischen Standards der LGT entspricht

Erstellen einer technischen Roadmap für das Client Communication Center und Management von Abhängigkeiten

Aufschlüsselung des Lösungsdesigns in umsetzbare Ergebnisse für Ihr Team

Überwachen Sie den Fortschritt des Entwicklungsteams, um die Konsistenz mit dem ursprünglichen Lösungsdesign sicherzustellen

Lösen technischer Probleme, sobald sie auftreten

Kontinuierliche Bewertung und Verbesserung der Systemarchitektur

Ihr Profil

Eine solide Erfolgsbilanz in den Bereichen Technik und Softwarearchitekturdesign

Vertrautheit mit Data Lakes, GenAI, VoiP und Sprachtranskription

Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung in BPMN oder UML

Grundkenntnisse in Java und/oder JavaScript von Vorteil

Vertiefte Kenntnisse von Cloud-Prinzipien und -Technologien, verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, Datenbanken, Integrationsmustern und -methoden sowie Microservice-Architekturen

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, komplee Probleme für nicht-technische Beteiligte zu vereinfachen

Robuste Organisations
- und Führungsqualitäten mit Erfahrung in agilen Konzepten, Bereitstellung und Verfeinerung von Architekturen in Form von Entwürfen und Inkrementen, mit der Fähigkeit, Architekturvisionen sowohl verbal als auch visuell effektiv zu kommunizieren

Eine vernetzte Denkweise, die gut zu einer belastbaren Persönlichkeit passt, die effektiv mit Stress umgehen kann
