**Manager Data Platform**

**Mission**

En qualité de Manager Data Platform, votre mission principale sera de construire et manager le centre de services Data Platform, définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie cible (usages, choix des technologies et organisation des équipes) tout en faisant évoluer la data plaform actuelle.

Dans ce cadre-là, vous serez en charge de:

- Renforcer et manager une équipe (développeurs, data architects, analystes, etc) d’environ 15 personnes afin de gérer les data plaforms d’Audemars Piguet.
- Construire, faire évoluer et piloter le centre de services Data Platform afin de fournir un service « data » aux différents projets (équipes et pratiques).
- Maintenir et faire évoluer la data platform actuelle (base SQL).
- En collaboration avec le métier et les « enterprise architects », définir et mettre en œuvre la data platform du futur : choix d’outils, gouvernance, usages data, architecture de la plateforme, organisation des équipes.
- Etablir et piloter le budget.
- Définir la politique de sourcing des ressources et piloter les prestataires.
- Accompagner la DSI, en tant que responsable d’une équipe transverse dans sa transformation (outils, organisation et pratiques).
- Suivre la veille technologique sur les outils et pratiques data.

**Experience**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure à dominante informatique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’au minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire dont 3 ans avec des fonctions de management.
- Vous maîtrisez le design d’une data platform.
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience solide dans "la conduite de projets.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez de bonnes connaissances orales et écrites de l’anglais.
- Diplomate, vous êtes doté d’une bonne écoute et avez de la facilité à communiquer avec vos interlocuteurs.
- Organisé, vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d’analyse et votre force de proposition.
- Vous êtes à l’écoute des besoins de l’entreprise et des clients internes de l’intégration, vous savez créer l’adhésion.
- Vous avez dans vos expériences précédentes mis en place ou managé un centre de services interne ou externe et avez une appétence pour le management.
