**QA Systems Manager - Nordschweiz**

Schließen Sie sich unserem Klienten in der Nordschweiz bei einer führenden Auftragsfertigungsorganisation (CMO) im Bereich Zell
- und Gentherapie an. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Qualitätsmanager mit einem Talent für den Aufbau robuster Qualitätsmanagementsysteme. In dieser Rolle sind Sie maßgeblich daran beteiligt, hohe Qualitätsstandards aufrechtzuerhalten und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung zu fördern.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von QMS-Systemen, mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und Einhaltung von Vorschriften.
- Leitung von Qualitätsuntersuchungen mittlerer und hoher Bedeutung, einschließlich Ursachenanalyse und Management von Korrektur
- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA).
- Management und Überwachung der Änderungskontrollprozesse von der Initiierung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Unterstützung von Prozessverbesserungen in Reaktion auf Aktualisierungen von Materialien, Ausrüstungen, Einrichtungen und biotherapeutischen Produkten, einschließlich der Einführung neuer Produkte.
- Fachexperte für Abweichungen und Änderungskontrollen während Inspektionen und Audits.
- Sicherstellung einer detaillierten Dokumentation und Vollständigkeit von Qualitätsaufzeichnungen.
- Überwachung von Qualitätsuntersuchungen und Änderungskontrollprozessen, Verfolgung von Schlüsselleistungsindikatoren (KPIs).
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Regulatory Affairs und QC.
- Führung und Management eines Teams, Förderung einer Kultur und Compliance.

**Anforderungen**:

- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazeutischen Wissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamleitung.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau von QMS-Systemen und Vertrautheit mit TrackWise oder Veeva.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit CMOs, vorzugsweise im Bereich Zell
- und Gentherapie.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Biotech-Industrie, mit umfassenden Kenntnissen über GMP, GLP, CAPA und ISO-Vorschriften.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs ist ein Plus.
- Verfügbarkeit für die Arbeit vor Ort mindestens 4 Tage pro Woche.
- Kenntnisse in maschinellem Lernen sind von Vorteil.
