**YOUR TASKS**:
Selection process
- First point of contact for applicants and Bain consultants

Marketing & Events
- Conception, planning, implementation and follow-up of recruiting events at universities (including budget responsibility)
- Development of the marketing strategy and new innovative marketing activities at selected universities
- Identification and establishment of contacts to high potentials
- Developing and maintaining relationships with career centers and partner organizations at universities

HR support internship program
- HR support of interns throughout the entire process from onboarding to performance management and support during the talent development program after the internship
- Planning and implementation of networking events for interns

Projects, controlling & other tasks
- Implementation of projects as part of the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Maintenance of databases, controlling and analysis of recruiting key figures
- Participation in the development of the nationwide recruitment strategy
- Participation in transnational working groups (e.g. social media marketing, international marketing programs)

**OUR REQUIREMENTS**:

- High level of initiative, drive, organizational talent, flexibility and creativity
- A sense of responsibility, reliability and a pronounced service orientation
- Enjoying precise work in a dynamic and international environment
- Successfully completed studies
- Internships or initial professional experience in recruiting, HR, marketing or event management
- Previous experience in project management would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Swiss university landscape
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
