**Assistant Director of Rooms 100% (w/m/i)**:

- Leitung aller Bereiche der Abteilung (Housekeeping, FO, Guest Experience, Concierge, Sky Boutique)
- Stellvertretung des Director of Rooms & Guest Services
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Abteilungsleiter hinsichtlich der effizienten Führung der Abteilungen und deren Mitarbeitern
- Effiziente und proaktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen zur Sicherstellung Gästezufriedenheit
- Betreuung von VIP-Gästen
- Umsetzung von KPIs innerhalb der Teams und Überwachung finanzieller Ziele
- Unterstützung der Operative nach Bedarf
- Sie blicken auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition in den Bereichen Housekeeping und FO zurück, vorzugswiese in der internationalen Luxushotellerie. Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, sind ein Organisationstalent und haben eine selbständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Eine analytische Denkweise sowie gepflegte Umgangs
- und Kommunikationsformen gegenüber den Gästen, Mitarbeitenden sowie Vorgesetzten zeichnen Sie aus.
