**Overall Responsibilities**

The Trainee Quality Operations will gain deep insight into the medical device industry and requirements relating to Process Validations, Equipment Qualifications and Inspection Planning. The person in this role will work within Quality Operations and support quality engineers with their projects.
- Assist in the quality engineering aspects of a project
- Supports investigation, bounding and documentation of deviations and/or business improvements
- Develop Production/Process Controls including Control Plans
- Collect data and execute/conduct various analytical/statistical analysis and interpretation as part of process improvements and day-to-day support.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to implement / optimize quality compliance for new product introductions, and product life cycle management

**Qualifications**:
**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor student (FH, ETH, min. 2 years of study) with Engineering or related technical field and interested in the areas of quality operations and medical devices.
- Positive attitude with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, self-organized
- Ability to work in teams
- The ability to perform "hands on" troubleshooting and problem solving is preferred
- The ability to think on the feet and providing sound judgment is highly desired
- Fluency in English and German language is required
