**Practice Area Profile**:
BCG’s Data and Digital Platform offering is a product of the BCG's Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice focuses on helping clients deliver competitive advantage and business superior performance through the use of data, technology and digital. TDA is the fastest growing practice at BCG and at the heart of the strategic impact we have with our clients. Our consultants and experts globally work across all industries and provide deep experience and expertise across a number of topics including:

- Digital Transformation
- Data & Digital Platforms
- Software & Agile
- Digitizing the Tech Function. Building a Data and Digital Platform, with next gen capabilities and DevOps practices will allow to scale up Digital initiatives and to focus on transformation efforts while leveraging the legacy landscape. It aims to transform the tech function to be digital ready across operating model/capabilities, architecture and processes. It delivers value by implementing end to end use cases in 2 weeks through agile sprints, build-up of a Data and Digital platform connected to the legacy landscape, and ultimately migrating legacy on this new platform.

**What You'll Do**:
We seek Data and Digital Platform practitioners with demonstrated experience in managing transformations for large enterprises. In this position you will manage engagements of joint BCG / client teams to create and transform Data and Digital Platforms. You will be responsible for relating key insights and thinking about the new model, motivating and managing the BCG team, engaging key clients and managing the delivery and implementation of the transformation. You will plan for how to deliver the project, manage to tight timelines and client deliverables, provide hands-on training and deliver the key enablers needed to address and deliver the project. Your team will include BCG leadership, teams of BCG Consultants, and both junior and senior client leaders working collaboratively to drive the transformation, and shared services/control functions.

Individual assignments can last anywhere from two to twelve months or more, depending on the complexity of the challenges and the client's needs. We usually break each project into modular phases so that our clients see results well before the engagement's end. Assignments normally proceed through three stages over a period of several months: 1) identifying and analyzing opportunities for change and laying out different options for senior management to consider, 2) fleshing out the best options in order to create detailed action plans, and 3) assisting in execution. We believe that working with a client until results are assured is vital to their success.
