Context
One of the challenges faced with this new delivery organization is the integration of new regulations driven by EASA with the need to run Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) as input for Safety Assessment and Downgraded mode of operation identification.
Therefore, in order to reinforce the Operational Readiness and Compliance team is seeking an FMEA Expert. This person will work within the Application and Integration services division and report to the Head of Operational Readiness & Compliance group.

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as FMEA expert to lead FMEA workshops and support solution FMEA reports delivery
- Promote the FMEA methodology within the Agile TeamsDrive the Agile Teams in getting the ownership of their solution FMEA data
- Identify residual risks out of the FMEA results
- Participating actively to the Quality & Compliance Community of Practices (CoP)
- Supporting the Operations Readiness in the discussion with FOCA
- Elaborating training material on FMEA methodology and delivering ad hoc sessions on Teams request

**Requirements**:
**Profile**:

- Already performed / hands on experience on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis for

complex products
- Experience in working in a highly regulated / Safety relevant environment e.g.,

pharmaceutical, and/or Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries
- Sound experience in IT risk management methodology & risk identification /

qualification
- Experience in an Agile Delivery Environment
- Experience in training delivery
- Leadership and communication with ability to build acceptable consensus
- Strong presentation and document writing skills
- Pragmatic
- Very good verbal and written English

Our recruitment process

**We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova**:

- A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
- If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
- After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
- If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
