**About the Family**:
A loving family in Wollerau, Kanton Schwyz, is looking for a Maternity Nurse for 10 days in Wollerau to replace their actual Nanny.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert care for the newborn during the night, ensuring her comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and soothing the baby as needed.
- Monitor the baby’s sleep patterns and respond to her needs promptly.
- Offer guidance and support to the new mother on infant care practices and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized sleeping environment for the baby.
- Communicate effectively with the family to ensure a smooth and supportive transition into parenthood.
- Respect the family's routines, preferences, and privacy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a maternity nurse, night nanny, or in a similar role with newborns.
- Certified in infant CPR and First Aid.
- Strong knowledge of newborn care, including feeding, sleep patterns, and developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Reliability and a flexible approach to the family’s needs and preferences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role with families in Switzerland or abroad.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
