**Job Description**:
The main purpose of this role is to support the development and implementation of multichannel customer engagement plans that drives Biogen growth. In this role you will need to work closely with the Omnichannel Lead to plan, drive execution and track KPIs set for the respective channels. The role is critical in ensuring delivery of assets within the SMA digital eco-system ensuring customer focus across the functions and enhancing the value proposition for targeted HCPs and Patients/Caregivers.

**Location**: hybrid role in Baar, Switzerland

**Type of role**: This is a limited contract 12 months, part-time

**What you'll do**

1. **Customer focused planning**
- Coordinate the gathering of data and information to generate an understanding of customer preferences and channel impact across geographies.
- Work closely with Omnichannel Lead to support the development of CEP in line with global strategy and part of the activation planning to deliver the narrative built by the customer leads
- Assessing and piloting new channels based on preferences and impact
- Manage/support the adjustment of content to different channels and shape key channel communication

2. **Excellence in Execution - Customer engagements**
- Perform tailoring of cross functional Customer Engagement Planning for different customer segments
- Manage execution of the global web site development, maintenance and service offerings for product promotion, medical education, and disease awareness by working closely with the Omnichannel lead and digital agency to develop, update and execute content and traffic drivers
- Share learnings and support execution of CEPs in countries in collaboration with regional teams

3.** Continuous learning - Tracking and adapting**
- Track the coverage and execution of the CEP across channels
- Track the impact of SMA websites on HCP/P/CG satisfaction
- Support the continuous assessment of impact and generate insights on the customer experience and value delivery across channels
- Celebrate success of countries that exceeds performance both on execution and impact

4. **Ensure Compliance**

1. Adherence to Biogen code of conduct, SOPs and role model the Biogen elements

2. Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations for the Europe, Canada & Partner Markets (ECP) region and the countries

**Qualifications**:

- Scientific, medical, paramedical and/or business management background. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (min 2+ years), commercial function in both affiliate and international roles
- Marketing experience of 2+ years, experience in digital/omnichannel marketing
- Experience in working with and leading agencies
- Proven track record of project management, analytical capability, and prioritizing skills
- Written and spoken proficiency in English, additional languages preferred
