Beyond the existing portfolio, AstraZeneca is now strengthening its footprint in Breast and Gynaecological Cancer, to ensure a holistic patient care across different types of disease.

Therefore, AstraZeneca is building the capabilities to continue developing, manufacturing, and delivering innovative options to tackle these diseases and more. We will need a robust global commercial presence to ensure broad access and use of AstraZeneca’s treatment options across a variety of Breast and Gynaecological cancers. Above all, we will need an exceptional team.

**What you’ll do**

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Acquiring and leveraging a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
- Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
- Utilize marketing and medical assets and campaigns for your customer engagement plans in digital and F2F communication
- Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
- Develops ideas in co-operation with customers and execute customer facing projects that add-value to patient care and improve treatment pathways

**Essential for the role**
- Strong track record in pharma sales and/or marketing, launch experience is highly preferred
- Prior Oncology experience desired (BC and/or Gyn cancers preferred)
- Good strategic and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with different commercial and digital channels
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- Good knowledge in market ethical rules
- Fluency in French, German and English
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent, in Science and/or Business
