We are looking for a **Facilities Hard Services Lead** who is **organized,** **customer oriented with very good communicator** to join us in our Site & Building Facility team, based in our site in **Bulle**, **Switzerland.**

**About the role**

As Facilities Hard Services Lead you will manage the Facility Hard Service scope in Bulle, ensuring the site is safe, accessible and enjoyable for employees and visitors at any time. You will lead a team of contractors and external providers to ensure the scope of the various contracts are executed to the company, the UCB management and employee satisfaction. You will manage a projects portfolio (CAPEX and OPEX) as well to develop the site according to the directions agreed.

This role supports the activities of all organisations located in Bulle site, in particular the technical operations teams where precise missions and tasks delimitations are defined in the Facilities perimeter document. You will support global initiatives with local implementations from time to time.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will work under the Head of Site & Buildings Facilities and in a team of 3 colleagues, 2 internal and 1 external. The collaboration and the teamwork are very important for them and they have created together a very nice work environment.

**What you’ll do***
- You will manage external service providers to ensure missions and tasks are executed in agreement with contracts.
- You will manage the Hard Service development planning cycle, based on a 1-3-5-10 year plan, projects and budgets reporting.
- You will support the Head of Site & Building Facilities on several duties.
- You will be responsible of assets maintenance plans, security, buildings management, cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, projects, etc.
- You will participate to ensure safety of Bulle site with HSE department recommendations and requirements. You will participate to HSE activity and ensure coordination with HSE team.

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills***
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management or Technical degree.
- You have around 5 years’ experience in a similar position, pharma industry experience is much appreciated.
- You can understand challenges and constrains of others and identify opportunities to develop services and processes to make life of others easier and more enjoyable.
- You practise a leadership through concertation more than conviction with strong negotiation skills and you have the ability to develop team members getting best out of it.
- You have the financial acumen to shape plan with savings opportunities to invest on and get most from budget.
- You have excellent communications skills, C1/C2 level in French and B2 in English minimum.
