Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

  1. You have the strategic and operational responsibility for the Customer Service Hydraulics and play a key role in building up the department.
  2. You will lead a team, actively promote the development of your employees, and ensure their continuous further development.
  3. In your role, you will develop and implement a global service concept, including associated strategies to optimize support for the market, customer service, and after-sales.
  4. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' technical problems are resolved and coordinating technical complaints.
  5. Your role will include the further development and implementation of customer service to optimize support for the market and customers. You will also shape a successful approach in after-sales for the business unit Hydraulics.

Your Profile

  1. You have successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  2. You have proven experience in similar customer service roles and knowledge in the field of drives or axial piston machines.
  3. You have very good communication skills in German and English and are used to successfully applying your intercultural competences in a demanding, international environment.
  4. Your analytical problem-solving skills enable you to quickly resolve issues for the client and see matters through to completion in a goal-oriented manner.
  5. Your personality is characterized by a high sense of responsibility, creativity, and business orientation. Your leadership skills also enable you to coach and develop high-performing teams and liaise with managers at all levels.
