Head of Cyber Security Consulting (m/w/d)

We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking for new colleagues and leaders to join us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Cyber Security Consulting. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.
  • Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.
  • Advise divisions on cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions in the scope of IT, OT, and Product Security.
  • Deliver Risk Assessments, Security Architecture Reviews, and Security Solution Designs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Consulting, and 3+ years in a leadership role ideally in Cybersecurity.
  • Following certificates are preferred: CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • English is a Must; German and French are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Readiness for global travel.
