Product Manager-Industrial/OT Cyber Security

We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward to new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Product Manager - Industrial/OT Cyber Security. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive OT security strategy.
  • Define and execute product roadmap and OT Security Solutions.
  • Oversee risk assessments and vulnerability scans of OT systems.
  • Oversee implementation of security controls and hardening measures.
  • Respond to security incidents and breaches affecting OT systems.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to integrate OT and IT security.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging OT security threats and vulnerabilities.
Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or OT-related field. Master’s is an advantage.
  • 5+ years in cybersecurity or OT roles, 3+ years in leadership is preferred.
  • Following certificates are preferred: GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 certifications, PMP or Agile certifications, Cloud or IoT certifications.
  • English is a must; German and French are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of OT security concepts and standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-82).
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols and systems.
  • Experience with OT security tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Readiness for global travel.
