We are looking for a motivated, professional and personable Client Success Manager who will help us to ensure seamless client experiences and end-to-end project success.

**Your role and responsibility**

In this position you will:

- Respond directly to clients' requests and issues raised, ensure collection of requirements and follow up until delivery with respective internal stakeholders
- Prepare and conduct trainings of our software solution for our clients
- Understand clients’ needs and identify cross
- and up-selling potential
- Conduct onboarding projects of new clients and be responsible of planning, executing and delivering the agreed solutions to meet specific business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution
- Prepare documentation, perform presentation and reporting to project stakeholders

**Your experience and profile**

What you'll bring:

- University degree or equivalent in Banking/Finance, Business Administration or IT
- 2-3 years of experience in a client centric role
- Very high customer orientation, willingness to serve, initiative and independence
- A team player with entrepreneurial drive, who is pro-active, resilient, and independent
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken), French would be advantageous
- Industry-specific and/or project management experience are a considerable asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
