**Project Management Assistant**
**(60-80%)**:

The Climate Change and Health Group is looking for a highly motivated Project Management Assistant who will support the principal investigator in the management of two research projects: the SNSF-Starting Grant Project "ACTUAL - Advancing Research on Extreme Humid Heat and Health" and the NCCS-Impacts-Health Project.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Coordination of the administrative tasks regarding the preparation of contracts and subcontracts, invoices, purchase, and shipping of material.
- Support in the preparation of documentation of ethical approvals and data requests.
- Project coordination including the maintenance of the shared folder with documentation for the partners.
- Communication and dissemination of the activities of the project team.
- Support the principal investigator in the supervision of the overall performance of the project, incl. the budget, deliverables, milestones.
- Support the principal investigator in the preparation of interim reports of the projects.
- Organization of events and activities related to the projects.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks of the project team, including correspondence with partners, processing invoices and expenses, travel arrangements for the project-related events, organization of team meetings.

Qualifications and skills:

- Education or further training in project administration or coordination, preferably in the health sector.
- Previous experience working in an international research environment is desirable.
- High level of English and German is required (written and spoken).
- Strong IT office skills (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, sharepoint), some experience in web content management or willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
