**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Approve shipping date for Customers orders
- Establish and maintain the production planning accordingly with customer requests and inventory objectives
- Level and balance the workload vs capacity on mid-term horizon
- Contribute to maintain OTD at a high level
- Manage and follow-up VMI of top priority customers
- Foster strong relationships with Customer Services representatives, Production Team-Leaders and Procurement representatives
- Be the back-up of the Planning Team-Leader
- Participate to the S&OP process
- Contribute to Supply Chain improvement processes
**Critical Competencies for Success**
- Supply Chain Education (APICS, ISLI )
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, in a multinational and demanding environment
- Analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills on the shopfloor
- Proactive and customer oriented
- ERP and Microsoft tools proficiency
- English spoken (B2) - Fluent in french is mandatory
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland is mandatory.
