**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist Teil eines Teams bestehend aus 9 PMs und PIM-Verantwortlichen, das eng mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing/Kommunikation zusammenarbeitet
- Deine Hauptaufgaben beinhalten die Erstellung der Roadmap für etwa 70 Produkttypen im Bereich Geräteschutz sowie die Koordination von Innovationsprojekten bis zur Marktreife
- Zusätzlich beobachtest du kontinuierlich den Markt und die Mitbewerber, um eine richtige Positionierung und Preisgestaltung sicherzustellen
- Regelmäßig präsentierst du dein Produktportfolio sowohl intern als auch externen Stakeholdern

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine elektrotechnische Grundausbildung absolviert und einen Studienabschluss als Wirtschaftsingenieur oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich erlangt
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Bereich Innovations
- und/oder Product-Lifecycle-Management mit
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten und eigenständiges Handeln gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem familiären Teamumfeld
- Du beherrscht Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
