**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Partner the World Travel Retail & European Export (TREE) and Swiss Business Unit leadership team on creating and delivering the business priorities and plan. Member of the TREE and Swiss BU Leadership team (total team of 150 employees across the globe).
- Develop the people agenda and provide strategic guidance to the TREE and Swiss BU leadership team.
- Leverage data analytics to define insights and translate this into actionable plans to drive business solutions/decisions.
- Lead and advise on talent management practices for TREE & Swiss BU related to workforce planning, leadership development, team effectiveness, employee development, career and succession planning.
- Drive Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and agile ways of working.
- Support the business transformation agenda and enable a growth culture.
- Support optimization of the delivery of operational people processes by the HR shared service center to improve colleague experience.
- Manage employee relations for Switzerland (~350 employees) and provide guidance to HR and managers to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with local Swiss laws and agreements.

- Broad generalist HR skills, including business partnering, across a range of populations with increasing responsibility in an international organization, ideally within FMCG/CPG

- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Advanced on employee centricity; true culture champion
- Advanced on change management, talent stewardship, coaching and leadership development
- Fluent in English and German and good knowledge of French
- You are interested in advancing you career abroad
