Zur Verstärkung unseres Technischen Supports suchen wir eine flexible Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsgeschick.

Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Einsatzplanung der Feldtechniker in der Schweiz und EU
- Vor
- und Nachbereiten von Serviceeinsätzen
- Ersatzteilversorgung der Techniker sowie Datenpflege im ERP
- Bestehende und auslaufend Serviceverträge pflegen und erneuern
- Übernahme von administrativen Tätigkeiten

Wir erwarten von Dir
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Freude am mündlichen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt
- Eigenständige, konzentriere und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
