Avec nos 1900 collaborateurs et 23 sections régionales, nous sommes le plus grand club de la mobilité de Suisse et proposons un large éventail de prestations et services liés à la mobilité, l’assistance, la santé et les activités de loisirs à nos quelque 1,6 millions de membres. Depuis 1908, nous nous engageons pour la sécurité routière en Suisse en développant des outils pédagogiques, des campagnes de sensibilisation et de prévention, en testant les infrastructures de mobilité et en conseillant les autorités.

Pour renforcer notre équipe "Social Media Services", nous cherchons**, pour le 1er juillet 2024 **ou à convenir, à notre siège sociale à Genève (Vernier) ou à Berne (Ostermundigen), d'un/e:
**Social Media Content Creator (60 %)**

**Tes défis**:

- Prendre en charge la création du contenu vidéo, multiréseaux et multilingue, tout en soutenant l'équipe des réseaux sociaux
- Concevoir des infographies, du contenu vidéo et des animations pour les réseaux sociaux, notamment des TikToks et des Insta Reels
- Proposer tes propres idées de contenu et y intégrer les dernières tendances des réseaux sociaux
- Participer à la conception, à la planification et à la livraison des demandes de contenu pour les différents réseaux sociaux du TCS, en respectant les délais
- Contribuer, selon les besoins, au community management et à la rédaction de textes pour les réseaux sociaux dans les langues que tu maîtrises
- Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres départements du TCS pour la réalisation de projets communs et être prêt(e) à voyager à travers la Suisse pour divers tournages

**Ce que tu apportes**:

- Tu as une formation dans les réseaux sociaux ou un bachelor en production digitale (Multimedia Production) et tu as déjà acquis de l'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Tu maîtrises le format 9:16 et tu sais repérer les dernières tendances des réseaux sociaux
- Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l'utilisation de divers types de caméras, y compris celles de ton téléphone portable et/ou des caméras GoPro/ActionCam
- Tu possèdes une excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe et tu es capable de réaliser des animations simples
- Tu te sens à l'aise devant et derrière la caméra
- Tu as la capacité d'inspirer et de diriger les figurants lors des tournages
- Tu maîtrises la suite Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Tu as le sens des initiatives, de l'organisation et tu es capable de travailler de manière autonome
- Tu considères le feedback comme une opportunité d’évolution et tu es motivé(e) pour acquérir de nouvelles compétences
- Tu as une excellente maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue à l'oral et à l'écrit. La connaissance de l'italien est un atout
