**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
As Influence & communication project manager, you will position Mantu and its representatives in the media, always being on the lookout for new opportunities to enhance our reputation.

You will work hand-in-hand with the different teams (digital, events, design, etc.) of the marketing and communication department and be in direct contact with Mantu’s top management.

We’re looking for someone with first-rate written skills and who is keen to develop our media relations presence and contents and influence strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Shape and roll out Mantu’s press and public relations strategy**
- Align the influence and media relations strategy with corporate priorities, strategy and agenda
- Supervise relevant targets identification (mainly media but also partners, think tanks, opinion leaders, influencers, etc.) at local and global levels, ensuring accuracy, and closely following-up with key contacts
- Ensure press releases publication with relevant targets and life-cycle follow-up from initial briefing to interviews and then to final performance review
- Media train our representatives for different types of channels (TV, interviews, podcasts, etc.)
- Proactively position our representatives based on what is trending in their respective fields of expertise

**Make Mantu a key speaker through content creation **and corporate **communication**
- Produce speaking points, press releases, key messages, Q&A, briefing notes etc., essentially all content used for media (online/offline)
- Pitch stories, concepts, differentiating factors and engage with key media to develop longer-term content partnerships
- Produce strategic contents for corporate communication (Transparency Report, etc.)

**Handle managerial communication both internally and externally**, for **Mantu’s** CEO and Board**
- As a real “plume”, write a large range of contents such as speeches for Mantu’s CEO and Board, opinion pieces, talking points, articles for social media
- Supporting the Board regarding their individual communication on social media

**Act as a strategic and trusted advisor regarding our marketing and communication plans**
- Work closely with the different teams in the marketing and communication department: design, digital communication, events, etc.
- Closely monitor results and be able to share key figures, highlights and take-aways to non-specialist audiences
- Be a direct contact for Mantu’s top management, enabling smooth and efficient collaboration
- Manage the associated budget
- Welcome the possibility of launching transversal projects across the company and/or at Group level
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management or Communication
- 2 years of experience in communication, editorial strategy, press relations / content creation, ideally acquired at a communication agency or large company
- Interest in Mantu’s topics
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- A French native speaker and fluent in English, any other language is a bonus
- Very organized - you are comfortable planning, tracking results, and taking responsibility
- Able to collaborate effectively with top management
- Proactive and adaptable in our ever-evolving context
