**Minimum qualifications**:

- Experience with research publications in the field of Quantum Computing.
- Experience with HPC.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- PhD in Computational Quantum Physics, Quantum Computing, or a related field.
- Experience running multi-GPU or multi-TPU simulations of quantum many-body systems and/or quantum computations, including both code development and execution of simulations.
- Experience developing and implementing HPC simulations using tensor network algorithms (MPS, DMRG, MERA, PEPS, etc.).
- Experience with postgraduate research and independent research in Computational Quantum Physics.
- Knowledge of Python.

**Responsibilities**:

- Code and execute tensor-network based simulation algorithm for quantum many-body physics and quantum circuits.
- Invent or adapt novel simulation algorithms for quantum many-body physics and quantum circuits.
- Develop and implement High-performance Computing (HPC) simulations in specialized hardware including multi-GPUs and multi-TPUs.
- Collaborate in simulations of superconducting qubit systems.
- Perform quantum algorithms related research in collaboration with other team members.
