**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Day to day Cash accounting:

- To book SG&A invoices and authorized secondary costs in system
- To allocate cash receipt, cash disbursements and perform cash match on customers/suppliers outstanding invoices for trade and non-trade transactions
- To book intercompany transactions and direct recharges
- To book loans payable to Banks and interests
- To book bank fees and commissions charged by banks
- To process to payment of CHF invoices, monitoring payments in other currency with Treasury department
- Closing entries (salary entries, bank reconciliations and monthly reporting bookings of small companies)

Monthly/Quarterly closing responsibilities:

- To reconcile bank accounts and produce the monthly bank reconciliation analysis report of small companies
- In charge of closing accounting entries of three Swiss entities including intercompany balance reconciliation, fixed assets depreciation, release of prepayments, accruals and some other technical closing entries
- To prepare Swiss VAT returns for two entities
- To assist on specific analysis such as Swiss survey

Audit responsibilities:

- To participate to the preparation of the year-end closing files
- To assist on providing analysis and information during the interim or annual audit

Other duties as requested or assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Education and training: Financial and accounting education, Trading company a plus
- Professional experience: At least 2 years experience in accounting within international environments
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Proficient in both French and English
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills required
- Open minded and ready to give hands when requested.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days as week.
