Working in close relationships with the Corporate HR team, the Organisational Effectiveness & HR Digital Transformation Manager provides both strategic insight and a practical set of tools aimed to ensure organizational health and long-term sustainability of our global business.
- Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage;
- BA\/MA Human Resources (or equivalent knowledge gained throughout the career);
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar job in a multinational company and not limited to a consultancy company;
- Very good command of Office suite and Office 365;
- Previous experience in implementing an HRIS is required;
- Flexibility and ability to work in fast moving and multicultural environment;
- Excellent communicator and team player;
- Stress tolerant.
- Works with Global HR Team and business leaders on the design and implementation of improved operating models and organizational structures;
- Leads the HR transformation process ensuring an effective operational model to serve multiple business units;
- Drives the Digital Innovation of the HR processes, including the scouting and implementation of a global HRIS;
- Implements KPI'S and best practices for Organisational Effectiveness;
- Works with business and functional leaders to assess business\/function specific organisation design projects and processes to enhance both capabilities and effectiveness;
- Together with the corporate HR Team, leads and supports organisational development and designs projects that improve people processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities;
- Ensures quality execution through a hands-on approach to the design and delivery of organisational projects;
- Ensures global HR policies are up-to-date and in line with processes;
- Maintains the consistency and integrity of the Job Roles within the business through effective systems and processes for Job Analysis, Job Descriptions & Evaluation, Organisational Structural Design and organisational change.VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
