Group Business Risk Manager

**Your team**:
- Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.- As Group Business Risk Manager, you will manage and oversee the business risk framework across the Group, acting as a deputy to the Team Head and support the development and implementation of key business risk projects.**Your role**:
- Coordinate various Products & Services approval workflows, including the New Products & Services (NPS) workflow and the Derivatives Approval Process (DAP) through a dedicated platform.
- Engage regularly with business lines and Group entities on their strategic client offering development pipeline.
- Prepare activity and risk analysis reports for Senior Management and Executive Committees on a regular basis.
- Manage the change in the implementation of a new periodic review process for Products & Services and coordinating it in pilot mode before transitioning to the run with key stakeholders across business lines and locations globally.
- Maintain the framework, including Group documentation (directives, policies, procedures, guidance) and supporting tools.
- Take part in key business risk projects with a focus on the Group digital roadmap.
- Support the future stages of development of the NPS tool as well as ensuring its day-to-day maintenance.
**Your profile**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
- At least 7 years’ experience working in a bank, asset manager or consulting firm.
- Previous experience in a risk management, consulting or product management role preferred; experience in real assets an advantage.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, innovative mindset.
- Result-oriented with a track record of successful deliveries.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner with a “can do” attitude seeking ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent command of MS Office suite. Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
