Mit 32 Gruppen und rund 500 Mitarbeitenden sind wir eine dynamische und internationale Forschungscommunity, die zahlreiche grundlegende Entdeckungen in Biologie und Medizin sowie mehrere Nobelpreisträger hervorgebracht hat. Das PhD Student Office berät und unterstützt die Studierenden aus der ganzen Welt in allen Belangen des Internationalen PhD-Programms.

Wir suchen eine kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Unterstützung für unser PhD Student Office mit einem Beschäftigungsgrad von 60%-80%.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

In dieser abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Tätigkeit unterstützen sie das PhD-Office in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen:

- Organisation der Biozentrum PhD Fellowship Interviewwochen (von der Ausschreibung bis zu den Social Events und Abendveranstaltungen)
- Administrative Unterstützung der Doktorierenden (vom Onboard-Meeting bis zum Abschluss des Doktorats)
- Organisation von Kursen des «Graduate Teaching Programs»
- Erstellen von Berichten und Statistiken

**Ihr Profil**

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Hochschulbereich. Nebst stilsicherem Ausdruck in Wort und Schrift, sowohl in Englisch als auch in Deutsch, erwarten wir hohe Kompetenz im Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Office Software.

Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre exakte, gut organisierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise aus und lieben es, neue Herausforderungen zu meistern? Es fällt Ihnen leicht, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu bewahren? Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus der ganzen Welt? Dann sind Sie die Person, die wir suchen.
