Millions Novartis made a decision to pursue early discovery research internally to allow us to quickly translate the most impactful discoveries into therapeutics for millions of patients.

Duration: 9 months
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generation of phage display antibody libraries, phages production, purification and QC analysis
- Test pannings against multiple targets, followed by Next Generation sequencing analysis
- Characterization of selected binders by binding assays (ELISA) and kinetics measurements (Octet)
- Work as part of the Antibody Discovery Team
- Analyze and collect experimental data & present results in internal meetings

**Minimum requirements**
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Recent Master graduate with a degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Biochemistry or related field (completed within past 12 months)
- Understanding and practical experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and/or experience with Antibody Discovery technologies
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated and ability to work in an open, interdisciplinary, and collaborative environment
Optional Requirements:
- Experience in phage and/or yeast display technique
- Familiarity with Next generation sequencing, mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, binding assays, kinetics measurements.
