Pour répondre à la croissance de notre entreprise, nous recherchons un(e) **PHP Technical Lead for Business Applications**

**Vos missions**
- Seconder le CTO dans la définition et le maintien des standards techniques élevés
- Contribuer à l'élaboration d'offres techniques et développer un lien étroit avec nos clients, aidant à l'effort de vente.
- Concevoir des architectures robustes pour de nouveaux projets, en tenant compte des exigences de performance et de sécurité.
- Piloter le développement et l'optimisation des processus DevOps pour les projets clients, en assurant une intégration et une livraison continues, sur des infrastructures variées, legacy VM, Docker, Kubernetes, on premise ou Cloud.
- Assurer la sécurité des sites à fort trafic en adoptant et en appliquant les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour la protection des données et des systèmes.
- Développer des solutions métiers utilisant des frameworks PHP et JavaScript/TypeScript, assurant une conception et une réalisation techniques de haute qualité.
- Effectuer des analyses détaillées et concevoir des fonctionnalités complexes.
- Prendre en charge le développement, les tests unitaires et la documentation technique.
- Rédiger des spécifications techniques précises et gérer l'intégration continue avec Git.
- Assumer le rôle de coach technique pour les équipes internes, en favorisant le partage de connaissances et le développement des compétences.
- Appliquer et promouvoir les méthodologies Agile dans le cycle de développement.
- Être activement impliqué dans les déploiements de modules, en contribuant à la qualité et à l'efficacité des solutions.

En termes de technologies, vous utiliserez et maîtriserez un éventail d'outils modernes et de langages, incluant, mais sans s'y limiter, à : PHPUnit, BeHat, Varnish, SolR, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Git, Fabric, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, NodeJS, AngularJS, React, NextJS, Doctrine, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, AMP, Websocket, entre autres. Cette liste non exhaustive reflète la diversité technologique et l'engagement vers l'innovation qui caractérisent notre approche du développement.

**Votre profil**

Vous avez une formation supérieure en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, et vous bénéficiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en développement web PHP. Cette expérience comprend non seulement une maîtrise avancée du framework Symfony, mais aussi une familiarité avec d'autres frameworks PHP, tels que ZendFramework, Laminas, Laravel.

Votre parcours vous a également permis de développer une expertise dans la conception d'architectures complexes, la gestion de processus DevOps, la mise en place d'infrastructures headless modernes et dans la sécurisation de sites à fort trafic, des compétences essentielles pour la réalisation de projets à grande échelle.

Votre compréhension des enjeux business, couplée à votre capacité à élaborer des propositions techniques adaptées, enrichit votre profil. Ces atouts sont indispensables pour apporter une valeur ajoutée significative à nos initiatives de vente et pour répondre efficacement aux besoins de nos clients.

Doté d'une solide culture IT, vous êtes animé par une curiosité intellectuelle et une passion pour l'innovation technologique. Vous effectuez une veille technologique régulière, en particulier dans le domaine des solutions open source.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre autonomie, votre sens du service client et votre esprit d'équipe. Ces qualités vous rendent flexible et réactif dans un environnement de travail dynamique.

Un bon niveau d’anglais est requis pour ce poste, car vous serez amené à travailler dans des contextes internationaux et à interagir avec des équipes multiculturelles.
