We set out on a mission to fuel individual and collective growth by equipping our Explorers with powerful learning and engagement experiences that drive their personal development at SMG. With this mission in mind, we are now forming our team to build and enable SMGs culture and development.

We are on the way to build our new Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent & Organisational Development within HR. We encompass the whole talent cycle from acquisition, onboarding, engagement & culture, performance to learning and offboarding.

The newest addition to our team needs to be an organisational hero, excited to roll up some sleeves. From organising, coordinating our learning & events portfolio and supporting various talent, people & culture projects - tasks will be manifold

**These are your tasks**
- Elevate SMG’s Learning & Culture: Dive into planning and organizing training events and workshops, both in-person and virtually. Support initiatives and projects aimed at driving talent management and fostering our culture at SMG.
- Conduct research, analysis, and project work in key areas like people development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Ignite Community Connections: Spearhead community events focusing on leadership, performance, and personal growth. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure these events are impactful.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing seamless organizational support to internal and external facilitators and workshop participants.
- Bring your unique perspective to our brainstorming sessions, researching new trends and best practices to enhance our projects and events.
- Create impactful content to share internally and boost community interest. From videos to presentations to articles, your ideas are welcome

**Qualifications** This is what you bring to the table**
- Passion for people and corporate culture in any kind
- Vocational training (e.g. commercial or office job) or university degree in relevant fields (e.g. economics, business administration, business informatics, or psychology)
- First experience in project / event management preferred
- Proficient in task coordination and prioritisation (organisational talent), blending structure with a splash of fun.
- Natural aptitude for working with digital solutions. Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.
- You are able to define and produce several types of content and creativities: from video or image editing to writing engaging texts
- Independent, trustworthy team player with a positive, proactive and hands-on attitude will be key for this role.
- Fluent in English is a must have and German is a plus.
