Spa Manager

We are hiring an exceptional spa manger with a minimum of five years experience for an exceptional new spa development in Northern Ireland.

We now seek an experienced Spa Manager to manage & develop 6 new treatment room spa & are looking for someone who has a passion for wellness and be knowledgeable about the various treatments and services offered at the Spa. They should be able to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency & profitability within the spa.

The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation and financial success of the spa. This includes managing budgets, forecasting, developing marketing strategies to increase revenue and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. They should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong leader
- ship abilities. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively is paramount in this customer focused role. In addition to managing staff, the spa manager will also be responsible for hiring and ensuring new employees are fully trained.
