**_ Ihre Aufgabe_**:
Eines vorweg: In dieser Funktion ist Nachhaltigkeit kein «Greenwashing». Die Senkung des konzernweiten CO2-Footprints steht zuoberst auf der Agenda, da der Bausektor weltweit für 40% der Emissionen verantwortlich ist und nachhaltige Bauprodukte zunehmend gefragt sind. Weiter ist der Zugang zu Rohstoffen und Recycling-Materialien wettbewerbskritisch. In dieser strategisch und operativ ausgerichteten Funktion übernehmen Sie die **Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements**. In Abstimmung mit den CEOs der Gesellschaften entwickeln Sie die **Nachhaltigkeits-Strategie** und sind die Schnittstelle zu den internen Stakeholdern (Niederlassungen und Funktionen) wie auch externen Lieferanten und Kunden. Darüber hinaus stehen Sie mit dem Produkt-Management, der Produktion, dem Vertrieb wie auch der Logistik im engen Kontakt. Sie leisten **wertvolle Überzeugungsarbeit** und stellen den kontinuierlichen Fortschritt der Nachhaltigkeitsanstrengungen aller Schweizer Gesellschaften sicher. Dabei führen Sie die «Sustainability Champions» der einzelnen Gesellschaften fachlich und unterstützen das Marketing und die Communication. Für Sanitas Troesch agieren Sie selbst als «Sustainability Champion» und setzen Sie die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie operativ um. Überdies leiten Sie in dieser spannenden Rolle auch Projekte, entwickeln neue **Business-Modelle und Controlling-Mechanismen** und professionalisieren die Prozesse sowie Strukturen.

**_ Ihr Profil_**:
Als überzeugte:r Verfechter:in eines nachhaltigen Umgangs mit unseren natürlichen Rohstoffen verfügen Sie über ein **Studium oder eine Weiterbildung in Umwelt-, Natur
- oder technischen Wissenschaften,** gepaart mit **mindestens drei Jahren relevanter Praxiserfahrung **- beispielsweise als Nachhaltigkeitsexperte, Product Manager oder Projektleiter:in. Den «Blick von aussen» und die entsprechende Arbeitsmethodik haben Sie durch Ihr **Engagement als Consultant** geschärft. Dank Ihrem gewinnenden Auftritt und Ihrer **starken Persönlichkeit** gelingt es Ihnen, die Stakeholder auf die ressourcenschonende Reise mitzunehmen und als Advisor für die internen «Sustainability Champions» und der Linie zu agieren. Sie sind **mutige:r Fürsprecher:in** und treiben Themen ohne Berührungsängste lösungsorientiert voran. Dass Ihr zukünftiger Vorgesetzter Ihnen weitgehende Freiheiten im Sinne der Eigeninitiative und des Vertrauens schenkt, wissen Sie als weiteren Vorzug dieser Position zu schätzen.
