We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic technical Project Manager, to be responsible for creation of the study in our inventory system (GPM) within our Clinical Trials Division team. You will support the client relationship; providing technical expertise and delivering live systems built to client requirements and on time. Responsible to successfully create the framework in our GPM system that enables distribution of trial materials you will co-ordinate across all technical and service aspects of a project. This will range from initial discussions with clients, development of the project scope, and completing the Distribution Study Set Up on a global basis, ensuring that country and client specific requirements are met in accordance with standard operating procedures and current GMP.

**What will you do ?**
- Work flexibly and carefully on multiple study set ups concurrently to ensure that client trial timelines are met, often to challenging and changing deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues in the team to complete training and act as in an advisory capacity
- Working efficiently and meticulously, collaborate to ensure set ups are approved on time while maintaining a quality focus
- Represents the department at project business kick off meetings with the client and provides SME input on distribution strategy and technical responses to queries
- Leads and facilitates customer teleconferences, and provides timely provision of reports and updates.
- Maintaining training requirements and remaining in compliance of any GMP training scheduled through training software.
- Supports regular review of departmental SOPs, and investigates any quality incidents in a timely manner.
- Using SME knowledge to formally test software updates to GPM and recommend changes that will affect how the team use the system.
- Participates in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.
- 10 - 25% Travel as needed.
**What are we looking for ?**
- excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills. Capable of analysis and to define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet tight timescales.
- strong and effective communication, project co-ordination experience with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
- Requires ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
- an accredited college, or university recognized professional degree or relevant qualification, preferably in a health-related or science/technology field.
- Experience in project management or equivalent
- Requires understanding of the regulated healthcare environment, ability to work to standard operating procedures and company Quality standards.
- Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent relationship building.
Ideally requires 2-3 years of successful experience in a similarly fast paced role where close attention to detail and working in a high pressured dynamic environment can be demonstrated.
- Prefer in depth understanding of clinical trials with a quality mindset.
