**Introduction and Framework**

Der/Die Quality, Process and Data Manager*in arbeitet im Tandem mit einem anderen Quality, Process and Data Manager. Sie sind verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualitätsergebnisse und Prozesse bei CRES Zurich. Sie definieren zusammen mit den Fachbereichen die Qualitäts
- und Prozessziele, steuern aktiv die Ergebnisse und führen und überwachen Prozessanpassungen und Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Sie pflegen und entwickeln das Management Systems und die dazugehörenden Prozesse weiter und stimmen diese auf die Prozesse des globalen Management Systems von CRES ab. Sie zeigen frühzeitig Risiken und Verbesserungspotentiale auf. Weiter arbeiten sie in die Bereiche Risk & Governance, Data Controlling and Maintenance und internes Umwelt Management bei CRES Zurich.

**Aufgabenbereich**

**Quality & Process Management**- Mitarbeit im Bereich Prozess
- und Qualitätsmanagement CRES Zurich- Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesslandschaft CRES Zurich- Durchführung von Prozessänderungen, zusammen mit den Prozessverantwortlichen und den verschiedenen Fachbereichen- Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und das Follow-up von internen und externen Audits- Definition von Kennzahlen zusammen mit den Prozessverantwortlichen, laufende Überwachung der Ergebnisse und initiieren von Korrekturmassnahmen- Mitarbeit in die Verankerung der Prozess-Governance bei CRES Zurich- Modellieren sämtlicher CRES Zurich Prozesse nach dem Prozess-Modellierungsstandard- Erstellen von Workflows mit Microsoft Power Automate- Gestaltung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Instruktionen im Zusammenhang mit neuen Prozessen, dem Management System, den Audits sowie dem Qualitätsmanagement und dessen Weiterentwicklung bei CRES Zurich- Überwachen der operativen Performance unserer Vendoren und das Einfordern von Massnahmen bei Abweichungen- Definition der Schnittstellenprozesse und Prozessverbesserungen mit internen Schnittstellen und Vendoren- Durchführen von Supplier Audits und Teilnahme an Steering Meetings- Durchführung des jährlichen Reviews sämtlicher Business Continuity Pläne für die Region Zürich und der laufenden Aktualisierung bei Änderungen

**Risk & Governance**- Durchführung von Risk und Control Self-Assessments- Erfassen und Überwachung von Operational Events und Issues- Frühzeitigen Erkennung von Risiken- Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Dokumentation von Prozesskontrollen in ARIS (Prozesse Modellierung)

**Data Controlling and Maintenance**- Teilnahme an der Umsetzung globaler Projekte in CRES Zürich, die sich mit der Sicherung, Kontrolle und Pflege von Daten beschäftigen (Mietverträge, Assets, Inventare, etc.).- Kontaktaufnahme mit den Stakeholders zur Sammlung wichtiger Daten- Vertiefte Kontrolle der Dokumentation und korrekte Aktualisierung der Systeme in Übereinstimmung.- Laufende Reviews von Dokumenten und Angaben in Systeme

**Internal Environmental Management**- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Umweltmanagementsystems nach ISO 14001- Durchführen von internen Umweltaudits und Koordination, und Teilnahme an den externen Zertifizierungsaudits- Sicherstellen der Gesetzeskonformität und Durchführung von Schulungen- Koordination und Anstossen von Massnahmen zur Reduktion unseres CO2 Footprints- Teilnahme an globalen und lokalen Umweltprojekten
