Siamo alla ricerca di un **JUNIOR** **HELP DESK** per Legnano.
La risorsa si occuperà di gestione ticket e risoluzione di problemi, in particolare farà supporto tecnico da remoto, assistenza stampanti e rete, voip e Office 365.
- Requisiti richiesti: _
Richiediamo mínima conoscenza sistemi operativi client, messa a dominio e competenze di installazione e configurazione apparati di rete, nonché una breve esperienza di gestione e troubleshooting.
È necessaria una buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows, configurazione Antivirus e applicativi software, ottima predisposizione alla gestione del cliente.
Luogo di lavoro: Legnano (MI).
