**Over MobieTrain**

Het is onze missie om met ons mobile microlearning platform leren toegankelijk te maken voor iederen. Met onze oplossing helpen we bedrijven zoals Vans, FOD Financiën, Diesel, Proximus, Stad Antwerpen, Decathlon om eenvoudig hun eigen leerapplicatie te ontwikkelen en kennis op een leuke, effectieve manier over te dragen aan hun medewerkers. 5 minuten per dag, dat is alles wat je nodig hebt om kennis op te bouwen en prestaties verbeteren.

**Verwachtingen**

Vanwege de grote vraag naar ons mobiele microlearning
- en communicatieplatform zijn wij op zoek naar BDR/SDR voor ons commerciële team in de Belgische markt. In deze rol heb je een enorme impact op de groei en het succes van het bedrijf, door het ontwikkelen van tal van nieuwe kansen voor het salesteam. Je zal deel uitmaken van een internationaal en sterk groeiend team. Je start met een gedegen salestraining, werkt nauw samen met de Account Executive en je wordt ondersteund door een team van Product-, Marketing
- en Customer Success specialisten. Je werkt in hybride vorm, deels vanuit thuis, deels op kantoor.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**
- Identificeren van target bedrijven en personen
- Analyse van deze bedrijven en personen en mogelijke fit met MobieTrain
- Benaderen van deze personen via verschillende slimme manieren (vb. mail, social, call) en met relevante inhoud afgestemd op de persoon en de organisatie
- Informeren en kwalificeren van inbound/outbound leads door middle van research en discovery calls
- Zelf uitvoeren van sales gesprekken met mid-sized accoungts
- Bijhouden van een nauwkeurige tracking en rapportage in Hubspot (CRM-systeem)
- Behalen en outperformen van maandelijkse targets

**Over jou**
- Je bent gevestigd in België en je beheerst de Nederlandse taal perfect (native)
- Je kenmerkt je door een enorme drive, ‘hunting spirit’ en grote intrinsieke motivatie
- Je bent een doorzetter en niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken
- JE werkt volgens een gestructureerde, systematische aanpak
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en wilt graag groeien en jezelf ontwikkelen
- Je hebt een goed zakelijk inzicht en empathie, wat betekent dat je zakelijke behoeften van een specifieke lead kunt herkennen en je boodschap daarop kunt afstemmen
- Je bent communicatief sterk, kunt goed luisteren
- Je vindt het werken met targets uitdagend
- Je bent een teamspeler, sociaal en altijd in voor een aantal geweldige bedrijfsevenementen
- Je houdt van hybride-work en zit er niet mee in om nu en dan ons hoofdkantoor in Genk te bezoeken en dan weer van thuis te werken
- Je hebt idealiter al succesvolle ervaring in B2B SaaS (1-2 jaar), maar zeker geen must
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met outbound strategieën en tools zoals Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach, SalesNavigator of soortgelijk, maar ook dit is geen must
