Mes Change Facilitator

Hobson Prior are seeking for a MES Change Facilitator to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Boudry. Our client is focused on finding and delivering novel remedies that help patients triumph over serious illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will guide change management for each workstream with a structured strategy/process.
- Coordinate training to onsite personnel as per an outlined plan.
- Plain training resources with pertinent shareholders and handle workshop coordination.
- You will assist in outlining successful metrics and measuring performance against these throughout the benefits realisation period.
- Examine the impact of planned organisational changes such as business wats of operating, ne techniques within project, etc.
- Offer documenting and routine updates to the project manager and the project teams.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Key Skills**:

- An organised individual with the ability to facilitate and be proactive.
- Able to listen well.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of working while under pressure.
- Works well in a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of change management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Certified in change management would be beneficial.
- Fluency in the English and French languages.
