Consultant Landlord Representation (m/w/d) for commercial properties

With an experienced team of more than 60 experts, we offer specialized consulting services for real estate companies, owners, investors and users. These include the management of complex and large-volume real estate transactions, the valuation of investment properties and real estate companies, strategic advisory services for real estate owners and tenants in connection with commercial rental space.
For the Landlord Representation division, we are looking for a Consultant (M/F/d) to join our team in Geneva.
Tasks and reponsibilities
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing mandates for the initial letting and re-letting of commercially used properties
Supporting prospective tenants from the first contact, through property viewings, to the conclusion of the rental agreement
Developing innovative marketing strategies and concepts
Controlling marketing activities and managing third-party service providers
Collaboration in the preparation of offers for the acquisition of new mandates
Qualifications and requirements
Completed studies with a focus on real estate or training as a real estate marketer
Professional experience (at least 3 years) in the field of commercial real estate (marketing, management, etc.)
Good knowledge of the office market
Structured and organized way of working
French at native speaker level and fluent in written and spoken English
Open and communicative personality
Highly motivated and a team player
