**Job Description**:
As a **Technical Buyer**, you will purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that MindMaze’s operational needs are met to ensure continuity of supply. You will be responsible for the purchase of mechanical components, electronic equipment, and the operating supplies needed to support the business (computers, keyboards, etc.). You will process purchase requests from internal sources in a timely manner by obtaining quotes and pricing information from potential suppliers.

In particular, you will:

- Execute most/all operational purchasing requests coming from all departments within MindMaze
- Review, validate and process all purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO) of the assigned categories. Make sure that all information to source the category is well indicated
- Practice strategic sourcing to acquire materials, supplies and services
- Research the current trends on the market related to the categories assigned to him/her and benchmark prices as a basis for negotiation
- Conduct negotiation to reduce the cost and ensure a competitive price from suppliers, contractors and service providers to secure competitive prices
- Maintain a good relationship with the suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Manage, monitor and liaise with suppliers, service providers and contractors regarding status of deliveries and make sure that these are delivered on the right location on time
- Handle return of defective units (RMA) and Warranty management, from a logistics and administrative perspective
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded and safe keep all the documents related

**Qualifications**:

- ** Minimum 2 years’ of proven experience in a purchasing/buyer role, with knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts, preferably within the electronics manufacturing environment**:

- Training or certification in purchasing/supply chain or any close related field is an an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems is a must ( Business Central prefered)
- Technical knowledge and understanding of electronics, computer components and accessories
- High attention to detail
- Strong team-player with high degree of self-motivation
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
