**Job role**

Dow is looking for a **Sourcing Compliance Leader** within the Global Procurement Team to be based in **Horgen, Switzerland.**

**About You**
We are looking for an engaged and motivated Sourcing Compliance Leader to join our global Procurement team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Global Procurement Director of Strategic Planning & Governance, this position will play a key role in driving compliance in the Dow Global Sourcing team and consequently E2E Procurement.

**Objectives**
- The Sourcing Compliance Leader will oversee the end-to-end solution strategy, design and delivery for projects related to improving compliance and data-fidelity in Sourcing. Deliver integrated, workable solutions that meet business and functional stakeholder requirements and align with the functional strategy, address or advance capabilities, needs and/or issues.
- The Sourcing Compliance Leader will strengthen the compliance link between Sourcing and the rest of the organization. Support standardization across commercial areas and harmonization of E2E procurement work-process. Assist Sourcing in ensuring compliance across commercial areas and categories throughout the entire strategic sourcing process as well as in interfacing with other Procurement sub-functions and compliance stakeholders (such as auditors). Measure effectiveness and compliance and approve deviations or exceptions. Share feedback from practitioners and lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and constructive solutions.
- The Sourcing Compliance Leader is expected to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. The role will provide operational leadership to two Compliance coordinators.

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**
- Oversees and designs regular compliance monitoring within Sourcing.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the Compliance coordinators regarding performing compliance monitoring and supporting the specific Sourcing Commercial Areas.
- Builds and sustains business and functional stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary liaison for Sourcing compliance.
- Provides guidance and compliance knowledge support for Sourcing professionals through up-to-date documentation, training on compliance topics (e.g. Delegation of Authority) and ad-hoc consultations on specific sourcing projects / contracts.
- Identifies, troubleshoots and timely resolves structural issues to manage risk and data fidelity. Supports / leads / rolls-out compliance and work-process improvement initiatives within Sourcing.
- Promotes Zycus adoption and data fidelity.
- Works with DSS to improve and update Sourcing tools and work-process documentation.
- Channels feedback on improvement opportunities for the Sourcing process and tools to relevant stakeholders (e.g. DSS, Global Procurement Governance Leader).
- Work with Procurement Governance Leader and other Procurement compliance leaders to share best practices for harmonization across the Procurement organization.
- Provides due-diligence support during internal and external audit investigations and coordinates timely responses and resolution of findings in relation to Sourcing.
- Designs Sourcing compliance KPIs included in the Procurement dashboard and reports quarterly results to the Global Procurement Value Leader.

**Requirements / Experience**
- Bachelors Degree (in relevant discipline).
- Leads others to solve complex or unique problems. Experience in project management / cross-functional team leadership.
