Our HR Department in Baar is looking for a **HR Business Partner** to join our team in Switzerland. This role is critical in supporting the development and execution of our people's plans and initiatives for different departments. If you are a passionate HR professional, eager to contribute to the HR management in a high performing company, in a very diverse and challenging environment, this role can be interesting for you

**The main tasks and responsibilities include**
- Providing timely, first-class HR support across all areas of employee relations in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to line managers and employees regarding core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employment law, training, development, rewards, performance management, etc.
- Develop and maintain close and positive relationships with employees and line managers. Facilitate an ongoing dialogue, invite their input and feedback, conduct surveys, analyse feedback from various sources, and support implement actions that can enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR process owners to develop policies, programs, and HR solutions.
- Track, analyses, and synthesize people-related data and make recommendations to improve business performance
- Designs and implement HR transformation projects and wide continuous improvement initiatives
- 5 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or humanities is required.
- Experience supporting an employee population across multiple functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for internal clients’ services and work quality
- English proficiency skills, German would be considered a plus
- Holder of a Swiss work permit or CH / EU passport holder
