The company’s short-term priorities include building up out of engineering team, putting into place production facilities, and creating a north American subsidiary.

**About the role**

This role will report to the Head of Systems Engineering and is primarily focused on the configuration and control of our products while working within the system engineering team.

You will need to be adaptable within our evolving eco system and expected to drive the development the PLM system its tools and processes.

The responsibilities and duties of the Configuration and Change Control manager will be as follows:
Support the Systems Engineering Development process with the Configuration Management process, including the organisation and documentation of the Change Control board.

Manage Change Requests in the PLM tool, ensuring workflow status is correctly applied.

Co-ordinate and help document the impact analysis and closure of Change requests in PLM, ensuring the Chief Project Engineer is well informed for final decisions.

Support the Systems Engineering function and project team in the identification and proper processing of Configuration Items

Guide Engineering and other functional users in the use of PLM configurations and Change Data

Provide Support and take part in the management of Supplier Configuration audits as required by project leader

**Your profile & Experience**
- University degree (min. bachelor) in a relevant engineering discipline (System engineering, Aerospace engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems)
- Proven experience in a similar role within highly regulated environment preferably Aerospace.
- CMII certified
- Basic understanding of EASA Part 21 Subpart J (21.A.239), EASA Certification Specifications and certification principles would be an advantage.
- Experience in Electronics and electrical systems
- Demonstrated ability to follow through and bring projects to its completion
- Target-oriented, with analytic problem-solving capabilities
