Assistant - Marketing (M/F/d)

Our Company is looking for an Assistant, Marketing to be based in Zurich that will work cross-countries in Europe and beyond, covering different time zones, and collaborate and share information with managers or peers to create efficiencies on a day-to-day basis.
**The primary activities include but are not limited to**:
Organize internal meetings for MER and EMEA team.
Support the organization and preparation of external meetings, conferences and seminars by taking over technical and logístical aspects (+ travel support).
Develop & design different types of documents (reports, presentations, timetables, Excel sheets) in respect of deadlines and standards of the Department and by using available tools (Office 365).
Manage & update, information systems related to marketing activities (SharePoint platforms, Yammer, shared folders, databases) and communication to countries/regions; provide or manage access rights, in coordination with the IT Manager and the needs of its various users.
Follow-up budget and expenses of the Department on SAP (COMET).
**Project management**: be able to initiate, track, and complete a project, both on the administrative, legal, commercial, accounting aspects, in respect of our internal rules of compliance, procurement and our accounting system (place POs, issue legal contracts and their signature, create vendors in SAP / COMET, follow and record deliverables, invoices and their payments, ensure good compliance to a project from A to Z, and be in full compliance in case of audit, alert his/her manager or get the information from the support services if needed).
Occasional support in organizing trips and preparing expense reports.
Develop and maintain a network of relations outside of the marketing team to get up to date and useful information.
Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
**Required skills**:
Creativity & experience gained in marketing, communication or management assistantship in an international environment (at least 1 year also including internship).
Very good communication skills and interest in marketing topics.
Evidence of ability to work cross culturally.
Effective project and event management skills.
An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
High level of fluency in written and oral communication in English.
High level knowledge of Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) and SAP / COMET.
Knowledge of databases, digital, social networking, SharePoint would be appreciated
