**Dieses Tätigkeitsfeld begeistert dich**: Als Head of Digital Communications Platforms & Social Media bist Du verantwortlich für sämtliche digitalen Kommunikationskanäle der BKW Gruppe, inklusive der Weiterentwicklung der Social Media Strategie, sowie der Betreuung der online Auftritte. Du unterstützst bei der Produktion und Vermarktung von Social Media Inhalten und sorgst für kontinuierliche Wirkungsoptimierung durch Reporting und Monitoring der Online-Aktivitäten. Dein Ziel ist es die relevante Reichweite auf digitalen Plattformen und sozialen Medien zu erhöhen und das Vertrauen der Stakeholder zu stärken. Als Beraterin oder Berater und Teil des Führungsteams trägst Du zur Digitalisierung der Unternehmenskommunikation bei und hast Einsitz in verschiedenen Austauschgremien.

**Deine Expertise begeistert uns**:

- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Fachwissen in digitalen Plattformen und der digitalen Kommunikation zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Hohe Affinität für Social Media und Digitalisierungsthemen und Du bist in der Lage, End-to-End-Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Mit Deinen Macherqualitäten und Digital Leadership-Qualitäten kannst Du ein Team erfolgreich weiterentwickeln
- Ein Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder Medienwissenschaften sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Digitalkommunikation im Kommunikationsbereich (Agentur oder Unternehmenskommunikation)
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Führungserfahrung mit Erfolgsnachweis runden Dein Profil ab
